Project status and affiliation

unfolded.tools is an independent community project providing icons, backgrounds, integrations, documentation and utilities for Unfolded Circle remotes. It is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with Unfolded Circle ApS or unfoldedcircle.com.

Product names, trademarks, logos, application artwork and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site is for identification, interoperability and community-resource purposes.

Privacy overview

The service processes only the information needed to operate, secure and improve the platform. Depending on the features used, this can include:

• Technical request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested paths and security events.
• Session cookies required for authentication, CSRF protection and feature state.
• Discord account information supplied during login, including the account identifier, display name and avatar.
• Content deliberately submitted by users, such as profile information, icons, backgrounds, Wiki changes and related metadata.
• Temporary, session-scoped Remote Simulator configuration and runtime data.
• Usage analytics where analytics services are enabled on a page.

Information may be retained where necessary for service operation, abuse prevention, backups, dispute handling or legal obligations. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion can be sent through the contact details below.

Use of the service

The service is provided for lawful personal, community and development use. Users must not attempt to compromise the platform, evade access controls, overload services, distribute malware, impersonate others or use the platform to infringe third-party rights.

Access to accounts, uploads, editing functions or experimental tools may be limited, suspended or removed where needed to protect the service, its users or third parties. Features may change or be withdrawn without prior notice.

User submissions and takedowns

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to submit, publish and share uploaded material. Do not upload personal information, confidential material or copyrighted content unless you are authorized to do so.

Content may be moderated, hidden or removed where it violates site rules, applicable law or a credible rights-holder request. Copyright, trademark, privacy and other takedown requests should identify the affected material and explain the basis of the request.

Open-source and third-party licenses

Parts of unfolded.tools and the projects embedded by its tools use open-source software. Those components remain subject to their respective license terms and attribution notices. Source code and project-specific licensing information are available through the linked GitHub repository and, where applicable, within the distributed project files.

Downloading an icon, background, logo or other asset from this service does not transfer ownership of third-party trademarks or copyrighted material and does not grant rights beyond those available from the applicable owner or license.

Availability and external links

Community resources and experimental tools are provided on an as-available basis. No guarantee is made that every feature, download, integration, external link or simulator function will remain continuously available or suitable for a particular setup.

External websites and services are operated by their respective providers. unfolded.tools does not control their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.
